Statement
Data MicroImaging
Company (DMC) views document and data security
with the utmost of care and regard. The handling,
movement, scanning and security of all customer
hard copy or computer files is done under
the direct supervision of DMC management and
in keeping with our quality procedures. In
specific:
DMC agrees
to hold confidential all client information.
No information will be shared with any person
or entity without written permission of the
client.

Every employee of
DMC has signed a statement of non-disclosure,
which is kept on file at DMC. |
| SECURE |

All DMC service vans
have security locking systems and all drivers
receive appropriate security training. Our
driver will verify box and transmittal lists
upon pick up. Files will be returned to the
customer in substantially the same condition
as received. |
GUARDED

DMC's production
facility is located in a gate-guarded business
park. Access to the facility is controlled
by card-key access. During business hours,
the only door that can be entered without
a card key is at the front lobby, which is
staffed by a receptionist. After hours the
front door is locked. Access to the business
park after hours requires a pass code. The
business park and facility are patrolled by
guard during the evenings and weekends. |
PRIVATE

DMC's server is behind
a firewall and we do not host any files across
the Internet. In port scans of our IP address,
we consistently appear as non-existent so
that any viruses or hackers would not even
know that we exist, let alone do any damage. |

DMC carries a two
million dollar general liability policy, which
covers client property when it is in our vehicles,
our facility, or the immediate area around
our facility. |

All customer files
are logged electronically and tracked throughout
the process. DMC is happy to work with clients
should any special security or control procedures
be desired. |
